Four residential tiers, all engineered around the same eVamb hardware platform. Start with the Starter Kit — a Level 2 charger and a clean home install. Move up to Pro, Platinum, or Diamond as solar, battery, and bidirectional charging come into the picture. Or skip the upfront and put the whole thing on a monthly Subscription. Every tier and every Subscription includes network membership at the eVamb-member rate.
The four tiers are not four different products. They are four configurations of the same hardware platform — the same charger family, the same firmware, the same dashboard. What changes between tiers is the size of the install, what is bundled in, and how far the household is going up the stack toward energy independence.
Every household starts with a site survey. Driveway, panel capacity, roof orientation, the EV in the garage today, the EV the household expects to own next. The proposal that comes back lists the right tier, the rebate stack for the address, and whether single-purchase or Subscription is the better economic match.
Request a residential survey →Pricing is generated by the sales team after the site survey — every household has a different panel, a different driveway, and a different rebate stack. The matrix below is the feature comparison.
Home Level 2 charging, done properly.
Smart charging plus the option to add panels later.
Charging with on-site solar and a battery to match.
The full eVamb home stack, integrated.
No published pricing. Each tier is configured against the household's panel, driveway, roof, and the rebate stack at the address. The proposal arrives after the survey.
The entry tier. A 7.7 kW Level 2 charger, installed by an eVamb certified electrician on a clean dedicated circuit, with the standard eVamb mobile app and a one-year warranty. Network membership is included from day one — every Starter Kit owner pays the member rate at every commercial eVamb charging site, automatically.
The Starter Kit is sized for a single-vehicle household charging overnight. It is not designed to scale into solar later — the wiring and panel work are sized for the charger only. Households that expect to add solar or battery in the next two to three years should start at Pro instead.
Best fit: first-time EV households, single-vehicle homes, condo townhouses with a driveway.
Request a Starter Kit survey →The planning tier. An 11.5 kW Level 2 smart charger with a tethered cable, installed on a dedicated 80-amp circuit, plus a premium electrical survey that pre-pulls solar-ready and battery-ready conduit during the same site visit. The charger is everything the Starter Kit charger is, with scheduling, time-of-use optimisation, and a deeper integration into the eVamb app.
The key difference from Starter is that the install is forward-looking. When the household is ready to add rooftop solar, a home battery, or both — the wiring is already in the wall. The upgrade becomes hardware-only, not a re-electrify.
Best fit: two-vehicle families, homeowners planning a phased upgrade to solar.
Survey for Pro →The integrated tier. A 19.2 kW Level 2 smart charger with both J1772 and NACS connectors, paired with a 4–6 kW rooftop solar array sized to the home and a 10 kWh home battery on a time-of-use tariff. Solar covers daytime household load and pre-charges the battery; the battery covers evening peak; the charger draws on whatever the home produces and stores. The eVamb premium dashboard ties them together and exposes the trade-offs.
Platinum is where the math starts to bend. On a flat retail tariff the savings are modest. On a time-of-use tariff or a peak-demand tariff the savings compound — solar and battery shift the household onto the cheap kilowatt-hours, and the charger never pays the peak rate.
Best fit: solar-curious households, time-of-use customers, homes preparing for V2H.
Survey for Platinum →The top of the residential ladder. A 19.2 kW V2H/V2G-ready Level 2 smart charger, a sized rooftop solar array combined with a solar canopy where the property allows, a 20–40 kWh home battery sized to the load, and a small wind turbine where the lot and the local code support it. Bidirectional charging is enabled from day one — the EV can both charge and feed the home, and where utility programs allow, the grid.
Diamond is a complete on-site energy stack. The household generates, stores, charges, and — when the conditions are right — exports. Lifetime maintenance is included with the install. Concierge support replaces the standard support queue, and a reserved-bay arrangement at the closest commercial eVamb sites is part of the package.
Best fit: homes going for energy independence — solar canopy, battery, V2H/V2G-ready charger.
Diamond consultation →Every tier is available on a Subscription Plan. One monthly fee covers the hardware, the certified install, the maintenance for the term, the standard or premium dashboard for the tier, and unlimited network access at the eVamb-member rate. No upfront. No contractor quote. No three-vendor warranty triangle.
The Subscription comes in two terms — 36 and 60 months. Both terms are eligible for federal and provincial rebates where the household qualifies. The Electric Vehicle Affordability Program (EVAP) launched February 2026 at $5,000 for battery electric vehicles is applied as a lump-sum credit at the start of the term, not amortised across it.
At end of term, three options. Keep the hardware — title transfers, no further fees. Renew into a hardware refresh — a new charger, a new battery, a new dashboard. Or cancel — and the team comes out, removes the equipment, and restores the panel to its pre-eVamb state.
Multi-dwelling buildings — apartments, condominiums, townhouse rows, mixed-use developments — go through the same site-survey flow used for commercial sites. Stratified electrical infrastructure, per-stall metering, resident onboarding, and the operating contract all need a building-scoped scope, not a residential one. Tell us about the building; we will respond with the survey scope and the next step.
Talk about your buildingEvery eVamb residential customer — single-purchase Starter Kit owner, or 60-month Diamond Subscription customer — automatically becomes a member of the eVamb commercial network. Pull up to any eVamb site and charge at a member rate, lower than the public price. No separate sign-up, no separate fee. The network membership activates with the home install.
The network is small at the Q4 2026 launch. It scales with the commercial program — every site eVamb commissions adds another location where members can charge for less. The economics improve as the network grows, and the residential program is what funds the launch density on the way there.
Whichever tier and whichever payment path — single purchase or Subscription — every residential conversation starts with a site survey. Tell us about the address; we will respond with the rebate stack and the matching tier in that order.
